Spring has officially sprung! Is there a better feeling than stepping out of the house and the sunshine streaming onto your face? This springtime we have an even better incentive to get out and about to meet up with friends and family, feel connected - plus support your local pub and Marmalade Trust!
Marmalade Trust is proud to support the 'Here's to the Pub' campaign from Stonegate Pub Partners. Until 27th March, you can enjoy a buy-one-get-one-free deal across a selection of alcoholic, low alcohol and non-alcoholic drinks in participating Great British Pubs nationally in the UK.
We are thrilled that Stonegate has chosen to support Marmalade Trust and will be donating to us, as part of this campaign. In return, we can show our support for the return to pubs post-Covid.
In the central Bristol area alone, there are 50 pubs offering customers a Buy One Get One Free promotion on selected drinks, as part of Here’s to the Pub campaign.
“We are pleased to be supporting The Marmalade Trust in this promotion. Over the past couple of years, loneliness has become more prevalent than ever. The turmoil of the past couple of years has shown the importance of community-spirit and the central role that pubs play in their local area. Our pubs are not only social hubs for people to come together but they are often lifelines for those who live alone or in need of company........... I cannot think of a better way of getting people amongst friends than a great reason to come back into the pub – a free drink!”
Nick Light, Managing Director of Stonegate Pub Partners
Marmalade Trust is the UK’s leading loneliness charity for all ages and the only charity in the world specifically dedicated to raising awareness of loneliness.
Get your spring off to a great start. Contact friends and family and meet up for a good old natter in the pub, knowing you're supporting your local pub and Marmalade Trust as you go.
